Warren Ralph played football for Claremont between 1980 to 1989.  The first story is to look at who is the most outstanding first year player in the WAFL and one who should be at or near the top is Warren Ralph. Ralph in his second season is a well established player in the side along with fellow first year player Mark Watson.

Second story is ” Ralph grabs his biggest goal haul”.  Last week Warren Ralph stamped himself as one of the best full-forwards ever seen.  He kicked 16 goals and registered his third tally of 100 goals in a season.  He was in blistering form on Saturday but not enough to register the highest by a Claremont player.  That was by George Moloney who kicked 19 goals against Swan Districts in 1940.
