The Budget’s Stars of the future Ross Edwards. Edwards has played 115 games for Claremont and played for Claremont during 1988 to 1994.   In the Claremont history, a number of family members have also played for Claremont.  Dale Edwards, Scott’s father played for Claremont and was part of the premiership team of 1964.  One of his sons will also later play for the Tigers.

Despite missing training commitments because of Study, he has been able to hold a steady place in the Claremont league team  in the second game of the season. Edwards has played mainly on the wing and looms as an exciting young player in the finals.
