Geoff Miles has played 73 games for Claremont during 1985 – 1991.  A photograph of Geoff is here and he is  one of footballs unobtrusive stars continuing his good start to the season by adopting spoiling tactics against Perth’s Mick Rae.

The second is under “Action Men” of the WAFL. While the Claremont players like Steve Malaxos, Stephen Goulding, Darrell Panizza, Peter Davidson, Cam Shepherd and Michael Mitchell receive most of the accolades for Claremont there is another player quietly, but effectively going about his task.

Former Collingwood player Geoff Miles has been a fine contributor for Claremont since he arrived last year from Collingwood. An example was when he nullified Mick Rae in the first game of the year by constantly punching the ball away from Mick Rae which would have taken a lot of concentration and discipline as he loves to take spectacular marks.
