In the two pages: 1. Under top recruit it has a photograph of Gary Shaw and short overview.  Shaw has just been added to the Claremont roving division and is set to make a real name for himself as a Tigers rover. The 22 year old Queenslander arrived in WA almost un-noticed after being enticed out from Victoria under the eyes of the Richmond, where he trained for the pre-season work last year. Shaw played 78 games for western Districts and three Interstate games and his transfer is a real bonus for Claremont.

The second is a picture of Gary Shaw marking in the State game against Victoria.
