2018, August 17, West Australian, Story and photos “Tiger Yu plans to go out while still on top ” and photo of Keifer Yu in career best form but is planning to retire at just 27.  In the space of a few weeks this season, Keifer Yu kicked a goal after the siren to win a nail-biter, overcame racial vilification and  the stifling and clumsy discipline system  the WAFL set up to deal with it, and was knocked out in an on-field chilling incident. He is about to play his 100th game for Claremont, just the second aboriginal player to reach that landmark. he will end his career in the next few weeks playing the best football of his life and is hoping to add a league flag to the six he has won at lower levels.
