Teenager McGovern caught the eye 6 days earlier while laying for the Eagles. Jeremy at 194cm and 90 kilos has a different body shape to his father Andrew, who played 20 matches for Sydney in 1992-93 and 63 for Fremantle from 1995 to 1998. Jeremy is regarded as one of the best contested marks for his age at the club.
