Claremont are set to sign a new agreement with the Claremont Town Council which could help the club clear it’s debt in 5 years. Tiger’s President Lew Mutch said this would reduce the amount to be paid by Claremont to the Council by $96, 000 a year. The agreement would also give the clubrooms and grounds freehold title when they have paid the loan. They would also receive a boost from the WAFC if it could prove it was financial.
