1989 George Temple talking to John Hutton and “beating the injury blues”.  Like the proverbial punching bag John Hutton keeps bouncing back. Since making his league debut in 1985 John Hutton has constantly been sidelined with injury and played just 30 games.

His ailments have included a cracked rib, a bruised kidney, concussion, damaged knee ligaments and a total knee construction the previous year.   Hutton said he was happy to be in the league side and making a good contribution each week.
