1981 Claremont full-forward broke a 40 year draught in the goal kicking department when he passed the 100 goal mark last Saturday.  The 22 year old Ralph kicked 9 goals against Perth to take his tally to 103 for the season with 4 qualifying games remaining.

The last Tigers player to pass the century was George Moloney who kicked 113 goals in the qualifying rounds of 1941.  Moloney also hold the goal kicking record of 129 kicked in the same year.
