The story covers an easy win over Perth in a fiery clash at Claremont Oval yesterday. A devastating third quarter enabled Claremont to win by 61 points. Claremont unleashed its power in the third quarter and the rest was just a formality. The Tigers Captain Coach Graham Moss played a master stroke by playing at centre half forward for the first three quarters where he dominated the game and brought his smaller players into the game. Scoring was effortless with Steve Malaxos and Norm Uncle scoring easily. Ken Hunter was his aerial brilliant best and Dalton Gooding played his 100th game.
