Pat Rodrigues died on 19th February 1964.  He was the city coroner and WAFL President at the time.  He was a life member of the Claremont Football Club since 1937 where he was a former vice-president, Committee-man and even coached the side at one time.

Mr Rodriguez loved to work with and train juniors and was a tremendous role model for the juniors going through  the Club.   When H.J. Gepp resigned as Coach during the 1934 season Mr. Rodriguez took over the post for the remainder of the season.

He was sorely missed by all players, staff, members and supporters of the Club.
