1938 WA Interstate tour of Adelaide and photo of Reeves, Hooper and Gook.  Players given the time off to shop through the Adelaide CBD.   The players were:

REEVES, Edward John (Jack) – Played 96 games for Claremont between 1936 and 1946

HOOPER, Charles John (Jack)  Played 162 games between 1936 and 1946.

Gook, Albert Henry (Bert) Played 148 games for Perth between 1933 and 1940, (512 goals)

In 1938 the W.A Football side toured Victoria and South Australia. On 16th July WA lost by 22 points to the Victorians. WA then travelled to Adelaide and played 2 games against SA, losing the first on 27th July by 21 points and winning the second on the 26.7/38 by 10 points. SA then played W.A. in Perth on the 20th and 23 August and lost both to WA, the first by 123 points. Photo album supplied by family of Jack Reeves.
