John Reeves from Claremont is one of 7 players black listed and unable to be available for the other interstate match this year.
They were not advised by the League but the selectors were advised not to select them.
Players were Oliphant, Gook, Fitzgerald all from Perth, Richardson South Fremantle, M. Ryan and Crow from East Perth, and reeves from Claremont.
They were not advised officially and it is believed that they were being punished for behaviour during the last State tour.
