Claremont FC Photographs
These photos have been collected from Claremont Football Club archives. Starting from 1897 of the first recorded football team in the Claremont area, well before the Cottesloe Football Club had its beginnings in 1906, Claremont/Cottesloe in B Grade WAFL in1921 and Claremont/Cottesloe entering the A Grade WAFL in 1926. In 1933 the then WAFL changed its name to the WANFL (West Australian National Football League), which remained in place till 1980. Claremont/Cottesloe Football Club changed its name to Claremont Football Club in 1935, as it still is today.
