Roy Kemp was the 5th Secretary in 1948 and the sixth president in 1955.

When the Club joined the League (W.A.N.F.L.) in 1926, its second level team played in a different competition, the W.A.F.A.  This team played at the away ground of the League fixture and had to be self-Supporting.  Two of the hardest workers for this team over the years were Roy Kemp and George Mell.  This was made harder when the league fixtures were suspended through the war years and both competitions were combined.
