Injuries took a heavy toll on Claremont’s half back line last year but these three are back at training and looking well. Even with the loss of Russell Reynolds to St. Kilda the defence of the half back line of Stephen Scott, Lorne Cook and Mike Elphick should bring a strong defence to the team. Add young players Jim Thomas and Dave Thompson shouldn’t give the selectors too many worries.
